Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Germany Standard shipping is available on all domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

European Union We ship to all EU member states. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days. Customs clearance may add additional time.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We are currently running a special offer with free shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
